RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employment agreements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to establish unified goals and priorities for talent acquisition activities.
- Work closely with the management to establish and achieve company goals.
- Manage feedback plans and performance evaluation process to support employee growth.
- Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Conduct regular formal and informal meetings with team members to maintain a positive and thriving work environment.
- Ensure all contract-related paperwork is completed and processed in compliance with Bulgarian labor laws.
- Assist payroll and finance processes.
- Support employer branding.
- Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster team spirit and
collaboration. - Oversee administrative and coordination activities across teams, including perks, benefits, and workplace
amenities. - Manage office supplies, consumables, and ensure proper office maintenance.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor, social security, and tax legislation.
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
- High level of confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Empathy, soft skills, and the ability to nurture a thriving team environment.
- Passion for organizing events and fostering a positive workplace culture.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience with Java platform (Java 11)
- Proficient with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Proficient with Java build tool ecosystem (maven, gradle)
- Practical experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps;
- Problem solver with an open mind
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player and self-learner
- Fluency in English
