RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employment agreements.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to establish unified goals and priorities for talent acquisition activities.
• Work closely with the management to establish and achieve company goals.
• Manage feedback plans and performance evaluation process to support employee growth.
• Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Conduct regular formal and informal meetings with team members to maintain a positive and thriving work environment.
• Ensure all contract-related paperwork is completed and processed in compliance with Bulgarian labor laws.
• Assist payroll and finance processes.
• Support employer branding.
• Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster team spirit and
  collaboration.
• Oversee administrative and coordination activities across teams, including perks, benefits, and workplace
  amenities.
• Manage office supplies, consumables, and ensure proper office maintenance.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor, social security, and tax legislation.
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
• High level of confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism.
• Empathy, soft skills, and the ability to nurture a thriving team environment.
• Passion for organizing events and fostering a positive workplace culture.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with Java platform (Java 11)
• Proficient with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Proficient with Java build tool ecosystem (maven, gradle)
• Practical experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps;
• Problem solver with an open mind
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player and self-learner
• Fluency in English
